The Mariinsky Orchestra holds a distinguished history as one of Russia’s oldest musical institutions, and one of the most acclaimed orchestras in the world. It makes its Mondavi Center debut conducted by Valery Gergiev and features pianist Daniil Trifonov.

The Hot Sardines are back to share music that evokes New York speakeasies, Parisian cabarets and New Orleans jazz halls. In Holiday Stomp, the Sardines infuse yuletide classics with brassy horn arrangements, rollicking piano melodies, jazz vocals and amazing tap.
