Pianist Kirill Gerstein, the sixth recipient of the Gilmore Artist Award, accompanies the symphony, performing Brahms’ emotionally surging Piano Concerto No. 1, alongside Haydn’s Symphony No. 102 and Brett Dean’s Engelsflügel.
