One of Canada's most progressive dance companies, inDANCE presents two traditional programs that integrate decades of original courtesan dance research, complex choreography, live music and stunning visual and lighting design. The show begins with The Book of Sandalwood, which draws on South Asian poetry, followed by Purnima/FullMoon, which transports South Indian court dance into a spectacular world of dynamic music, film and light. Both performances showcase original repertoire and music rarely experienced on contemporary world stages.
